Based on biblical leadership principles, we provide visionary leadership training to churches, organizations, schools and networks. Individuals can also participate and develop their leadership skills. Our training offers biblical perspectives on ways to turn a vision into reality. Our training is relevant to leaders in any field where objectives need to be realized. The CTC Network utilizes two leadership programs.

Vision Building Seminars
Leadership is a process not an event. Therefore, over a period of time, we will come alongside you equipping your organization in vision building principles. Over the course of four to six live training sessions your leaders are empowered with the instruction and resources to develop corporate and personal vision building skills as well as their personal leadership ability. Each attendee receives a training notebook, support throughout the process and upon conclusion an optional certificate. Eight seminars are available. While able to stand alone, each seminar and notebook does build on one another. Teaching fees apply, varying based on context. Learn more |
Vision 20/20 Leadership Institute
Vision 20/20 Leaderhip Institute-Mobile partners with other non-profit organizations and provides emerging leaders and their leadership teams with effective leadership training and coaching. Emerging leaders and their teams throughout The Bahamas and the Caribbean Region are offered a two-year track. There are three modules offered each year, and each module is normally covered over a one-week span. The EQUIP international curriculum consists of biblical leadership principles that we believe are timeless and universal. In each notebook, there are six lessons devoted to three areas that are crucial to leadership development. There is no cost to the participants for the training, however a registration fee is charged for each module. Learn more |
