In 2004, the vision for a consulting, training, and coaching organization focused on assisting church, ministry, and educational leaders was birthed in the heart of Jonathan. 

Today, CTC is a legally established company registered under the Companies Act of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas; a non-profit company limited by guarantee. The CTC Network received its registration on the 23, April, 2007. CTC is officially licensed to conduct business within and outside The Bahamas. The CTC Network Bahamas is directed by Rev. Julian Stubbs.

The CTC Network USA Inc. was established in Florida on July 5, 2011 and is geared to serve Florida and The Caribbean. CTC Network USA Inc. is directed by Dr. Jonathan Carey. 

The CTC Network Africa is scheduled to be launched in 2012 and will be directed by Dr. Wayne Turnquest.                                 

CTC Network, in its core beliefs, is evangelical and Spirit-filled.  We embrace the description and balance of  being Word and Power  organizations and ministries, and Empowered Evangelicals.  We endeavor to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ for salvation and discipling believers toward a Spirit-filled life of purity and power.  Our aim is to bring this message and ministry to all peoples of the world.

Heart Values
  1. Jesus is the Head of the Church.
  2. The Word of God is central to faith and practice.
  3. The Holy Spirit is the Church's source (force) for comfort, guidance, renewal, power and service.
  4. The ministry of Jesus is the focus of the Church.
  5. Worship is central in honoring and engaging our relationship with the Heavenly Father and provides the atmosphere for ministry.
  6. The fruit of the Spirit is the heart nature of the Church.
  7. The Gifts of the Spirit are the ministry tools of the Church.
  8. Ministry flows naturally through relationships.  Spiritual relationships provide mutual support, accountability and ministry impact.
  9. God has called believers to be Kingdom minded, fulfilling our specific role in the Body while affirming, assisting and laboring with other parts of His Body for a greater Kingdom work.
  10. Believers are called to be culturally relevant, which is identifying and posturing ourselves with people to meet their needs in the Name of Jesus Christ.
  11. The disciple of Jesus has a heart full of compassion and service toward the poor, orphaned, widowed and oppressed.
  12. Ministry involves commitment to small groups.
